外出飲食:快餐及飲品篇

一些快餐如碟頭飯及凍飲經常暗藏危機。若不精明選擇,隨時為身體增加負擔。
碟頭飯
白飯份量較多,多肉少菜並配上醬汁。
醬汁鈉含量較多,成年人一天鈉質攝取上限為2000毫克(約1茶匙鹽),過量攝取鈉容易引致高血壓及腎臟的問題。
要求少飯,少汁或醬汁分開上,減少鹽份攝取。
選擇配有蔬菜的菜式,例如:西芹炒雞柳、時菜肉片,增加膳食纖維攝取。
湯飯屬較低脂的選擇,烹調手法沒有添加額外醬油,亦可配搭蔬菜增加飽肚感。
飲品
成年人每天糖份攝取上限為50克,1杯約300毫升的凍飲已含有22至25克糖份(約4至5茶匙糖),過量攝取糖份會引致肥胖及牙齒問題。
要求少甜、走甜或糖水另上,自行控制甜味。
熱飲則可自行選擇減少加入砂糖或以代糖取代,並控制份量。
