The Center offers specialized training in “Positive Psychology”for different organizations and enterprises. The programme is tailored by professional instructors to meet the needs of different types and sizes of institutions/companies.

The professional training in positive psychology covers the following areas:

1. Teaching strategies for cultivating employees’ positive emotions and optimistic thinking.

2. Interactive instruction on the theories and concepts of positive psychology, including happiness, gratitude, forgiveness, positive interpersonal relationships, mindfulness, virtues, strengths, and optimism.
