Responsibilities:

Senior IT Supervisor Full Time 2025-06-30 Senior IT Supervisor

In addition to managing hardware, software, and systems integration, would lead the development and deployment of innovative IT solutions, including CMIS, SMS, and e- payment platforms, etc. while driving performance optimization and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with HA and UCN.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and manage the strategic direction of IT operations across The CUHK Chinese Medicine Clinic cum Training and Research Centre - Tai Po District (TPCM) . Ensure alignment of IT functions with goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for Chinese Medicine
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Hospital Authority (HA) and other key stakeholders to drive the optimization and advancement of IT solutions, including system development and digital transformation projects.
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT Ensure efficient allocation of resources, hardware, and software to meet operational demands.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

The Research Assistant will provide essential research and statistical support for our smoking cessation program, including:

  • Providing research and statistical support for data analysis and reporting.
  • Conducting quality assessments of the program's effectiveness and impact.
  • Designing and implementing assessment methods aligned with service specifications.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statistical reports, marketing materials, and publications.
  • Monitoring and regularly reviewing service data and assessment methods.
  • Supporting health activities and general administrative tasks (as needed).

Location: Primarily based in Tin Shui Wai, with occasional work in Tai Po, Kwun Tong, and Jordan.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (minimum).
