Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Burnout and work-related stress categorised by emotional, psychological, and physical exhaustion, is a modern epidemic across various professions and workplaces. The psychological and physical problems of burned-out employees may result to an increase of sick leaves, loss of productivity that affect companies’ performance.
It is crucial for companies to proactively address the mental health issues in workplace to prevent burnout, emotional and mental health breakdown, even self-harm and suicide. One of the ways to assist employees experiencing burnout symptoms is to encourage them to seek out appropriate professional help. Employee Assistance Programmes provided by United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service consists a variety of services with the aim to foster employees’ well-being and organisation performance. Our services include:

- Workplace well-being (physical and emotional health) talks and workshops
