Healthy U Healthy Us – WhatsApp Support Group (subsidized by CHEST) will be held from August 2025 to February 2026. Designed by UCN registered dietitians, this program responds to the “Primary Healthcare Blueprint” initiative and encourages citizens to prioritize health management in light of the rising prevalence of chronic diseases, while also promoting the principle that prevention is better than cure. The course is priced at HKD $100.
