The new cohort of Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) workshop organized by "Emotional Health & Counselling Service" and will be held on 25 Oct & 1 Nov 2025 (Saturdays).
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that aims to improve interpersonal relationships, enhance social support, and ultimately alleviate depressive symptoms through a structured treatment framework. Researches indicate that IPT is significantly effective in treating depression.
Course Outline:
- Teaching fundamental knowledge of Interpersonal Psychotherapy
- Learning basic skills for assessment and application
