The new cohort of Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) workshop organized by our centre will be held again on 27 Jun & 4 Jul 2026 (Saturdays). The workshop will be conducted in hybrid mode, allowing participants to join either onsite or online via Zoom. The early bird deadline is on 15 May 2026.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that aims to improve interpersonal relationships, enhance social support, and ultimately alleviate depressive symptoms through a structured treatment framework. Researches indicate that IPT is significantly effective in treating depression.
Course Outline:
- Teaching fundamental knowledge of Interpersonal Psychotherapy
- Learning basic skills for assessment and application
