Responsibilities:

• In-charge of Good Neighbour Network (GNN) services at different location. Assist Service Manager to coordinate among GNN teams on any issues for the purpose of smoother workflow, resources utilization and keeping good quality service.
• Manage the operation of Good Neighbour Network to meet service needs and development.
• Supervise and foster positive development of several small teams.
• Deploy GNN staffs to support frontline services at different locations.
