Rehabilitation Aids Equipment Service

The Centre offers economic friendly lending service on rehabilitation equipment for people* who are chronically ill or temporarily impaired in mobility so that they can save budgets for recovery.

Application details

Apply by appointment.
Bring along your ID card together with address proves issued in the recent 3 months to the centre to proceed.
You should have acquired instructions and assessments from medical professions before application.

Renewal

All the borrowers should visit the Centre in person to renew their application and settle the fee. Borrowers are responsible in finance for all the damages and lost.
