FAQs on Donation

Q: How can I get an official receipt for my donation?

A: We will issue a receipt for all donations of HKD100 or above. Request can be made as below:
    • to donate by Crossed Cheque: Please mail the completed donation form and a cheque payable to United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service to our Headquarter
    • To donate by direct deposit/transfer to UCN bank accounts: Please mail the completed donation form with the bank -in slip to our Headquarter
    • To donate at any 7-11 convenience store: Please complete the donation form and send it together with the copy of your transaction record to our Headquarter
    • To donate through Hang Seng e-banking, BOC Internet Banking or BEA Cyperbanking: Please print out the transaction record and mail it to our Headquarter

  • Q:When do I get an official receipt for my donation?
  • A:You will receive an official receipt within 2-3 weeks of mailing your request.
  • Q:Apart from cash, what other kinds of donation do you accept?
  • A:Apart from cash, we also welcome other types of donations, such as medical equipment, office equipment as well as clothing & festive gifts for elders, etc.
  • Q:How can I make donation to UCN periodically and automatically?
  • A:You can choose to make regular donation through credit card or bank transfer periodically and automatically on the condition that you need to give clear instructions to us for credit card payment or to your bank for auto-pay service regarding the preferred amount and frequency of donations.
  • Q: How would the donors be acknowledged for their support?
  • A:To show our gratitude, we will have the donor's name published in our quarterly newsletter 'Voice of the Community Health' and shown on the acknowledgement page of our website.
